Integrative Psychiatry

Integrative psychiatric care that combines evidence-based medication treatment and psychotherapy with lifestyle, nutritional, and mind-body approaches.

Model of Care

I provide integrative psychiatric care grounded in the belief that healing occurs within a trusted therapeutic relationship. My work brings together psychodynamic psychotherapy, evidence-based psychopharmacology, and interventional treatments to support meaningful and sustained change. I consider emotional, biological, relational, and lifestyle factors as interconnected aspects of mental health.

  • Medication often provides a foundation for engaging in other therapeutic modalities. I collaborate closely with my patients and their providers to find the most effective medication regimen and dosing, while minimizing and monitoring side-effects.

  • This is a course of therapy that includes a series of preparatory, ketamine-assisted, and integration sessions designed to support psychological processing and therapeutic change within a trusted, relationship-centered clinical setting.

  • I am trained in psychodynamic psychotherapy, which forms the foundation of my clinical approach. I integrate this with a person-centered, relational framework that values your lived experience and autonomy. The work focuses on increasing insight into emotional and relational patterns while supporting meaningful psychological change over time. Mindfulness and meditation-based practices are incorporated to support awareness and emotional regulation. The therapeutic relationship is central to the process and serves as the foundation for all care.

  • I welcome the involvement of family members in treatment while maintaining a clear respect for individual autonomy. Trained in the Finnish Dialogic Practice model, I facilitate structured family conversations that give voice to each participant, help reduce relational power imbalances, and foster more open and authentic communication. I also support families in navigating the mental health system and in understanding how to best support their loved one’s care
