Marni Chanoff, MD fees:

Diagnostic evaluation with medical services (75 min)

Individual psychotherapy / consultation (60 min)

Individual psychotherapy (50 min)

Medication management (30 min)

Psychotherapist fees:

Psychotherapy/ketamine therapy intake (75 min)

Individual psychotherapy (60 min)

$325

Ketamine assisted psychotherapy fee:

Includes medication visit and dosing discussion with Dr. Chanoff, a guided ketamine experience with a clinician and one hour of integration psychotherapy (3 hours in total)

Embedded in these fees are “behind the scenes” staff discussions about your care, which is at the heart of our collaborative care model.

If you have an out of network benefit, you can submit our Superbills to your insurance company for partial reimbursement. If you’d like more details on the procedure codes we use, we’d be happy to provide them.
