Our mental health system does not adequately support our individual and collective need for maintaining strength, hope, and connection. Our program is designed to teach, inspire, and empower you to work towards your own health goals in your own home.

We’re bringing together science-based practices and age-old wisdom for optimal health.

Share in our spirited teachings and our collective breadth of knowledge in both Eastern and Western models of care. The wisdom in this ancient sciences provides many tools to manage stress, anxiety and disconnection. In this program, we’ll explore the ways in which these ancient practices coupled with modern science can help you improve your health.

4 week LIVE integrative online program:

  • Weekly 1-hour classes with lively discussion led by our team

  • A live kitchen to kitchen cooking class, blending nutritional psychiatry & culinary coaching (recipes and nutritional information will be provided)

  • Option for group health coaching sessions to help you apply the course curriculum to your own health interests and goals.

  • Option for individual health coaching consultation

The Mental Health Reset:

The Essentials Package

The Essentials Package includes four foundational live classes:

  • Week1— Welcome to Joy In Health! We’ll explore the brilliance of the nervous and gastrointestinal systems and how imbalanced living, chronic stress, and trauma can impact their functioning and your mental health. We’ll explore techniques to tune in to, realign, and influence their inner workings.

  • Week 2— This yoga, meditation, and breath work class will show you how to move with breath to feel grounded, warm, and settled. You’ll learn how to balance the effects of chronic stress and anxiety in the body, which often expressed as restlessness and the inability to ground and settle.

  • Week 3— You’ll experience expert teaching on why it’s so important to set up daily routines, where to begin in doing so, and how this can support your mind-body & work-life balance.

  • Week 4— Food is medicine and can be delicious too! We’ll blend research on nutritional psychiatry with practical ways to cook healthier at home, all while cooking delicious recipes together kitchen to kitchen. And then we’ll round up to discuss how to take all of this rich information and these experiences with you after this program.

 

The Community Package

The Community Package includes four foundational live classes and in addition four health coaching groups. These groups will help you to build meaningful connections, and to set and meet goals.

During these experiential groups we will explore the concepts, skills and recommendations from the live classes more fully. We’ll explore how you can apply new skills in your life in a meaningful, sustainable way.

We will then learn practical tools for accessing the relaxation state in order to build resilience for everyday life challenges. We bring positive energy, joy and laughter into the whole experience of learning together week by week.

 

The Individualized Package

The Individualized Package includes the four foundation live classes, the four health coaching groups, and an individual consultation.

During your individual session you’ll be invited to participate in a comprehensive wellness assessment to explore your cooking & eating habits, daily & weekly rhythms, exercise & movement, sleep practices, and the quality of your social experiences using culinary and lifestyle coaching techniques.*
