With an undergraduate degree in psychology and an MBA in healthcare administration & entrepreneurship, Gio Marinelli has blended his interests in mental health and business operations throughout his career.

His professional journey commenced as the director of transcranial magnetic stimulation for a prominent group practice in the Boston area. During his tenure, Gio successfully managed all facets of the program, collaborating closely with both administrative and clinical teams to ensure a superlative patient experience. With over three years of experience in a group practice, Gio transitioned into a consulting role, where he worked with practitioners as they integrated the treatment into their practices.

Gio also advocates for the potential of psychedelics in treating mental health disorders, viewing them as a promising alternative to conventional treatment options. He supports multiple programs which provide psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy education, research, and community connection.
